Below is a guide of how to deal with a dispatch job.
Once you have created your personalised product you should dispatch the job.
- Just scan the bar code from the label previously attached to the personalised product and the following will happen
- The system will now print a dispatch label for you , change the status of the job to “Despatched” and if selected, send an email to the client confirming that their job is on the way
- Each order line will be marked dispatched separately - only when all lines are dispatched will the order be marked complete
- Your order is now complete
