Dispatch Job


Below is a guide of how to deal with a dispatch job.

Dispatch Job

Once you have created your personalised product you should dispatch the job.

  1. Just scan the bar code from the label previously attached to the personalised product and the following will happen
  2. The system will now print a dispatch label for you , change the status of the job to “Despatched” and if selected, send an email to the client confirming that their job is on the way
  3. Each order line will be marked dispatched separately - only when all lines are dispatched will the order be marked complete
  4. Your order is now complete
