Having access to an on screen keyboard (OSK) is an essential part of setting up your kiosk for in store personalisation when using a touch screen PC
The Windows OSK doesn't automatically appear in all browsers so you may need to use some 3rd party software to display an OSK.
For this we recommend Comfort On-Screen Keyboard Pro which can be found here.
There is a free Chrome extension as well as the desktop app and both would be need to be installed for use on Google Chrome (we recommend using Chrome for all of our instore personalisation apps).
There is a small cost for the software but we think you will find it good value for money and they also offer a 30-day free trial allowing you to test before purchase.
