Integrate OMS with Zendesk


You can add our OMS system to your zendesk agent portal very easily - this allows customer service agents to never leave zendesk when searching orders for a client.


1) An Admin Role user within zendesk must select "Admin" in the bottom left of the zendesk screen ( this is a cog icon )


2) In the side navigation go to APPS > MARKETPLACE


3) Search for IFRAME and install the app "Iframe"

5) this will bring up a for of setting - details should be as follows


Title = OMS

Iframe URL =

Inactive Icon URL =

Hover Icon URL =

Selected Icon URL =

Enable ZAF SDK support? = unticked

Enable role restrictions? = unticked


Then Save and OMS will be available on the left side of your Agent System under its own section
