Adding Telephone & Non Website Orders

If you get orders via the phone, mail order or need to enter a non website order then we have an easy way to add them to your production workflow 

1.Identify the product or products you want to order by clicking the "+" symbol next to the product in "Combined Product Management" by using the normal search facilities

2. Then select "Place Order" from the menu in the top right hand corner and the system will prompt you to add the Personalisation details

3. Once you have added your Personalisation for all your selected products you will be promoted to add your order details - address etc and payment if this feature is enabled

Order process is now complete just click "Save"
