Order Manager Lite is a simple to use system for managing production of orders received from your website once the Gateway 3D Personalise-iT App has been installed. It allows the downloading of print ready artwork in various formats and a pre-configured delivery note ready for despatch.
Once logged into the Custom Products Platform (CPP) Order Manger Lite is accessed from the left hand menu.
Each entry in the interface is a new order and displays as below:
It provides a Thumbnail of the product ordered with order reference details, the date and time ordered. SKU, Product Name, Order Status, Artwork Link and Delivery Note to download.
The Order Status, once payment has been approved will be "Received" and the processing procedure recommended is as follows:
- Print Delivery Note
- Click Artwork link and download selected file format most appropriate for your printer. The file will be the correct size and resolution for printing and if the production method for the order is Dye-Sublimation ,or similar where the artwork is initially printed in reverse, the artwork will already be mirrored if this option is selected in the products set up in CPP.
- Update Order Status. At his stage changing the status to "In Production" is recommended as this indicated this order has had the artwork and paperwork prepared.
- Print, pack and despatch the product
- Update order status to "Despatched"
If you are handling multiple orders at the same time you always have a visual reference to the product on the delivery note so it ensures during the packing procedure collating orders for despatch is straightforward.
