What do I do if Paypal is adding VAT to the cart?


You can very easily look at this on your paypal account

- Log in to your PayPal account 
- Under "My Account" rollover "Profile" and click "My Selling Preferences" 
- Under Selling Preferences, select VAT (click update on the right side of it)

From there you should be able to configure domestic and international VAT rates based on your requirements
