Smartlink Product Personalisation App Capacity


Product Personalisation Smartlinks (our customisation tool) can be delivered in 3 main ways

  1. Via app. domain - which is delivered by Amazon Cloudfront Content Delivery Network (CDN) which means we have an almost unlimited capacity - approx 100,000 hits per second 
  2. Via a Distributed App (Recommended) this uses the above CDN but has the added benefit of a distributed server which speeds up the software in different areas of the world and has no dependance on central gateway servers
  3. Via our main server - this should be used for testing rather than production - the main reason for using is that any product / configuration changes can be tested instantly rather than waiting for distributed servers / CDNs to update - these links are not production ready
