Adding help text messages to your products.

The help text area is a great place to add helpful tips and information to assist customers when ordering products. You can use plain text or html to create your desired help text. See here for a full list of supported html tags.

Once logged in to your CPP area, you can add help text by navigating to the product and then clicking “Help Text” from the navigation menu on the left hand side.

You can add help text in multiple languages, depending on your requirements.

The help text will appear on your iFrame if the option enabled in your app's configuration. If you would like to enable this, you can get in touch with our support team, who will be able to apply this. Please note however, that the help section is only available on ACP2 or Print on Demand and will be coming to ACP3 soon!
